I had Relax & Retreat assemble a sauna for me that I had purchased online per my Doctors order, and they were fantastic! Both Ben and Tony were an absolute pleasure to do business with and they took the time to do things right. Ben even referred me to his electrician who came out in a very timely manner and installed a new 20 amp outlet for me. Tony did an excellent job assembling the sauna and even caught something that was wrong with it that I would not have caught and let me know so I was able to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He answered all of my questions and knows what he's doing. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and give them 5 stars for customer service. Ben & Tony- thank you for all of your help!
