As an authorized dealer for top spa brands, our certified technicians specialize in repairing the hot tubs and swim spas we offer, ensuring exceptional care and precision for every service. 

Upon scheduling a repair appointment, a trained technician will come to your home and diagnose the proposed issue with your hot tub. If it is a problem that can be repaired right away, without the need to order parts or if we have the parts stocked on our service truck, then the technician will repair the spa on his initial diagnostic visit. 

If the hot tub repair requires parts that we do not have on hand, the technician will inform you of the problem with the spa and then provide you with a quote on parts and labor to repair your hot tub.

Repair Rates

Service Call – $199

Includes the trip charge and the first hour of labor and/or diagnostics to identify or repair issues with your hot tub.

Labor Rate – $110/hour

Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. This rate covers the time of one technician on-site.

Additional Charges

• Two Technicians: Additional fee applies when a second technician is required; cost is determined per job.
• Access Issues or Tub Relocation: Extra charges may apply if the hot tub needs to be moved, or if access is obstructed by walls, umbrellas, handrails, or other obstacles.
• Parts, Accessories, and Chemicals: Not included in service call or labor rates; billed separately.

Quoting Policy

Once the technician diagnoses the issue, they will stop work and provide a quote for repairs before proceeding.

Warranty Service Note

Rates listed apply to non-warranty visits. For warranty repairs, additional charges, including travel charges may apply if your location is more than 20 miles from the store where you purchased your hot tub.
