Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs offers professional *hot tub repair services in the Dallas area for a variety of makes and models of hot tubs. We are an authorized dealer for; Caldera Spas, Artesian Spas, PDC Spas, and Tidal Fit Swim Spas. Our hot tub repair team has the expertise and experience to repair virtually all makes and models of hot tubs and swim spas.
Upon scheduling a repair appointment, a trained technician will come to your home and diagnose the proposed issue with your hot tub. If it is a problem that can be repaired right away, without the need to order parts or if we have the parts stocked on our service truck, then the technician will repair the spa on his initial diagnostic visit.
If the hot tub repair requires parts that we do not have on hand, the technician will inform you of the problem with the spa and then provide you with a quote on parts and labor to repair your hot tub.

*We do not perform electrical hookup, or electrical build out. We can however refer you to someone that has a TECL (Texas Electrical Contractors License)

Repair Rates
Service Call – $165
The service call covers the trip charge and the first 30 minutes of labor to determine or repair the issue on your hot tub.
Labor Rate – $99
Our hourly labor rate is $99 and is billed in 30 minute increments. This fee covers one technician’s time on the job.
