Loved the experience with Brett out at the Colleyville location. Very nice storefront with great tubs on display. Not pushy at all but helpful. We bought the Caldera Vanto and have loved it so far. Install was easy and Jared was awesome to explain everything about maintenence and operation. Good, honest people and a classy business. Highly recommend if you are looking for high quality tub and awesome service.

I had Relax & Retreat assemble a sauna for me that I had purchased online per my Doctors order, and they were fantastic! Both Ben and Tony were an absolute pleasure to do business with and they took the time to do things right. Ben even referred me to his electrician who came out in a very timely manner and installed a new 20 amp outlet for me. Tony did an excellent job assembling the sauna and even caught something that was wrong with it that I would not have caught and let me know so I was able to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He answered all of my questions and knows what he's doing. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and give them 5 stars for customer service. Ben & Tony- thank you for all of your help!

First off - being in the construction and pool industry, I have dealt with every type of contractor and salesman in this field - Ben was one of the most professional and knowledgeable salesman's I have met in his field.
