Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Cold Plunges in Plano, TX

Relax & Retreat has been Plano's local hot tub showroom since 2012. We're a family-owned business, and our Plano store on Central Expressway is where it all started. Stop in to sit in a hot tub, compare swim spas and cold plunges side by side, and get honest advice from a team that will still be taking care of you years after the sale.

Call (972) 212-4635 or see what's in stock in Plano.

One Team, Start to Finish. No Subcontractors.

Many hot tub dealers hand off delivery, installation and repairs to outside contractors. We don't. Every step is handled by Relax & Retreat employees, so you deal with one team you know from the first visit to the last service call:

• Site consultation: we help you plan placement, backyard access, electrical and the pad before your spa arrives.
• Delivery and setup: our own crew delivers, places and fills your spa.
• Spa School: a hands-on walkthrough of water care and controls, so you're confident from day one.
• Service and repair: our certified technicians, not a third party you've never met.

When the same people sell, deliver and service your spa, nothing falls through the cracks, and there's never any finger-pointing about who's responsible.

Plano Hot Tub FAQs

Do you deliver and install hot tubs in Plano?

Yes. Our in-house crew delivers and sets up hot tubs, swim spas and cold plunges throughout Plano and Collin County. We don't subcontract delivery.

What electrical does a hot tub need?

Most hot tubs need a dedicated 240V circuit installed by a licensed electrician. Plug & Play models run on a standard 120V outlet. We'll go over what your home needs during your site consultation.

Do you service hot tubs in Plano?

Yes. Our certified technicians service the brands we sell. Call our service line at (817) 591-0500 to schedule.

Can you move a hot tub I already own?

Yes. Our moving crew relocates, delivers and removes hot tubs of any brand. Request a hot tub move.

Can I enjoy a hot tub during a Texas summer?

Yes. In summer, most owners simply turn the water temperature down, so a soak feels refreshing instead of hot. Evenings after sunset are a favorite time to use it, and in cooler months you can turn the heat back up and enjoy it all year.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. See our financing options or ask our Plano team about current offers.
