The entire process was simple and painless. Ben, the owner and my sales representative, explained all the specifications in full detail. He has vast knowledge of hot tubs, cryotubs, and saunas. The day of my installation, I received a text with a link to where’s my technician that showed a picture of the tech and tracked his movement to my house. The techs, Patrick and Jason were really nice, respectful, and provided detailed instructions on how to maintain and operate my hot tub. I would recommend anyone that is in the market or even thinking about getting a hot tub, cryotub, or sauna to make you way to the nearest Relax and Retreat location.

We had a great experience at R&R Hot Tubs in Colleyville! Joe W. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we determined which hot tub would fit our needs and our budget. We worked with Joe over several visits to the store and he gave us lots of information to make our decision and was instrumental in the purchase. The delivery team did an excellent job settting up the hot tub and explained all the things we needed to know to keep the hot tub working at its best. We also used the electrician the store had a relationship with and he coordinated with us and the delivery team prior to our delivery which made the whole set up stress-free. We absolutely LOVE our new Caldera Hot Tub!!

Fantastic customer service all around

When I say we are EXCITED, that is an understatement!!! The delivery team was phenomenal getting our hot tub into our backyard. Garret and team were on time (maybe even early), efficient, careful with the tub and had very positive attitudes despite our tree-filled, hilly backyard. Chris, the electrician you recommended was extremely helpful during the entire experience. Monica was easy to schedule with and helpful with information. Joe was a fantastic first impression and was knowledgeable and responsive. After receiving our hot tub, we have had a few follow-up questions, all of which were answered promptly. We have been in our hot tub/spa every night since delivery and our lives are changed!! We give you an A+!

Bret and Ben at the Colleyville location were super helpful with us in buying our first hot tub. I knew before going in exactly what model I wanted, and that they were the ONLY retail outlet in this part of the state that carried it. So I basically had no choice as to who I would buy my hot tub from. However, they were NEVER pushy during the process, and even got us an absolutely KILLER discount off the MSRP of our tub. They didn't have to, because I couldn't buy it anywhere else, but they still were able to knock quite a chunk off what we were prepared to pay. We used their recommended electrician, Chris, to do the work ahead of delivery, and he found that we had to do some significant work to bring our box up to code before he could run the new wiring. (This wasn't Chris's fault, we knew in advance our box had to be replaced. And Chris was amazing with everything, as well.) Even though it was over a MONTH from the day we bought the tub until we could take delivery, Bret was super chill about everything and said he'd arrange delivery whenever we were ready. His team made delivery and installation effortless. I've used the tub almost every single day since installation in late November, and it has utterly changed my life. I could not be happier with Relax & Retreat, and if any friends or neighbors are ever in the market, I'll insist they go to Bret.

The guys are Relax and Retreat Hot Tubs really know their stuff and go above and beyond for their customers. After installation we had a small problem and they were out within a day to fix it. They really stand behind their products and I cant recommend them enough.

We received true 5 star service from Relax & Retreat. From showroom experience, to order and delivery. Steve and the entire crew went above and beyond at a time when their products are in such high demand they could get away with less. They bent over backwards with us. We changed models during our purchase and they delivered ahead of schedule. Delivery was extremely professional and meticulous. They took extreme care of both the spa and our yard and patio during install. Spa orientation was very well presented. They are 37 miles from me and I will remain a dedicated customer. In the DFW area, I don't know how many Spa dealers I drive past to be get to them, but the service is worth it.

I had Relax & Retreat assemble a sauna for me that I had purchased online per my Doctors order, and they were fantastic! Both Ben and Tony were an absolute pleasure to do business with and they took the time to do things right. Ben even referred me to his electrician who came out in a very timely manner and installed a new 20 amp outlet for me. Tony did an excellent job assembling the sauna and even caught something that was wrong with it that I would not have caught and let me know so I was able to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. He answered all of my questions and knows what he's doing. I will absolutely be using them again in the future and give them 5 stars for customer service. Ben & Tony- thank you for all of your help!

We made the best decision to purchase our Coast Cascade II Infinity edge hot tub at Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs. They are knowledgeable of the product since the origination of this series in 2012. Patience has been a virtue - as we started our research over one year ago. From our introduction to Ben, he has been a great source of information and shared expertise of the hot tub. After research and several visits (with Ben & Steve), we were prepared to purchase. After completion of our local permits, regulations, space preparation, and electrical - we were able to take delivery and were assisted with set-up. Thereafter, there is follow-up to ensure a full understanding of the product AND care. They are there to answer questions and assist with a learning curve.

Ben and the staff were very helpful through the entire purchase, delivery, installation, and service process. Fourteen months later and the tub is still going strong! Ben recommended strongly that we take the time to do a "wet" test, since that is a totally different (and accurate) assessment of the tub. It completely altered our purchase for the better! Our entire family loves the tub (Coast Alpha). Ben was honest about the strengths and weaknesses of their various tubs, and he didn't try to upsell. He was transparent about profit margin, and also about year end model closeout. Service after the sale was also fantastic. They were very thorough in trouble shooting and eventually replacing a circuit card causing an overheat. The storefront may lack in terms of showiness, but who cares? The value, experience, service, courtesy were all five star!

Excellent dealer! Went in to shop for my first spa and was so impressed I didn't go anywhere else. They were very honest about the product and very knowledge about their spas and other types. After delivery, we actually had an issue with the electrician wiring (and couldn't use the spa- heartbreaking!) but they came out the very next morning and got us up and running within an hour. I was referred to Relax & Retreat Hot Tubs by a friend who purchased a Viking Hot tub from them a while back. My Husband and I have gone to their house and used the hot tub a few times and we really enjoyed the experience. When we decided to look at hot tubs, we went to Relax & Retreats showroom. We found the staff to be incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We had planned to check a few different places out that day, but after our experience and friends referral we decided to do business with Garrett at Relax and Retreat. Garrett was patient, answered all our questions and even offered financing. After we made our decision, the tub was delivered in a few days (awesome right?). The delivery crew exceeded all expectations even with a rather difficult installation, which was included BTW. It was also nice to see smiles on their faces the whole time. Although Relax & Retreat did not do the electrical install, I was referred to a licensed electrician by Relax and Retreat who beat all other quotes. Relax & Retreat handled and scheduled the electrical install with the electrician so he could be there at the same time (which they said isn’t always possible or necessary but sometimes works out). Our whole experience was amazing and we couldn’t imagine it being any better. You can really feel the difference when a company cares and takes the time to “earn” their customers. Garrett even called us a couple weeks after our purchase to make sure everything was up to our standards and that we were still happy, which we are! Although the whole experience has been fantastic, I only decided to leave this review after that last call Garrett made to us. Now when we have friends over to use our hot tub, we definitely tell them to go see Garrett!

We visited a few places before ending up here. My wife and I were very impressed by the staff and variety of selection they had. We ended up purchasing one of the smaller Viking Spas and are loving it. Definitely worth checking out, doesn't have all the glitz and glamour of some of the places we visited but they had the best prices and service staff in town.
